Dine-A-Round Dinner

Join other conference attendees and speakers for a casual, no-host dinner and make a few new friends while enjoying the fun and delicious restaurants in Brooklyn and New York. This is your opportunity to meet fellow attendees and start friendships that can last for the week or even longer. Groups can break into smaller groups based on where everyone wants to dine and head off to dinner. Everyone is responsible for their own dinner.

Welcome Reception

All conference attendees are invited to celebrate the start of Visual Studio Live! New York at the Welcome Reception. Join us to network with fellow conference attendees and speakers, talk with the event sponsors, enjoy complimentary drinks and hors d'oeuvres, and participate in the conference raffle.

Visual Studio Live! Guided Brooklyn Neighborhood Tour & Bar Hop

Join us on Wednesday evening for a Guided Walking Tour of Brooklyn! We’ll split up into groups of 15 to explore several neighborhoods of New York’s hippest borough, home to several celebrities, with just the right amount of hip(ster). Learn how the borough came to be, see historic sites and the newest hotspots alike, and enjoy your favorite drinks at a number of local watering holes. Meet in the lobby at 6:45pm – we’re covering the guided tour, you cover your drinks.
